No, never. As the work required is technical and complex in nature, some tasks can be completed very quickly by very skilled technicians – flat rate and contract pricing ensures quality work and excellent value. Our single-task pricing is specific to subscription services.
Many factors come into play here, but a general timeline can be expected: two week delay for in-person estimate, one additional week for estimate preparation, and four to eight week delay for work to commence. The many factors in the time frame here are the seasons – spring and summer are busiest, while winter is our slowest. We can accommodate you!
Rarely. Materials will be costed out on invoices as separate line items. The only exceptions are some standard item flat-priced installs such as wall-mount televisions which have a provision for up to $10 of mounting hardware. All other materials which are supplied by 1-833-RENO-FIX are retail prices plus a 30% markup.
Under most circumstances estimates have a 15% grace which makes specific line-item break downs nearly impossible. Written estimates are available upon request but will usually offer approximated costs. Detailed and itemized invoices are available upon request, upon project completion.
No, never. 1-833-RENO-FIX holds a schedule III general contractor’s license from the RBQ which means the work is restricted to owner-occupant residential dwellings only.
We are bonded with the RBQ and have standard business liability insurance for all renovations.
